1.1 Nature of Service

Wide Harbor Line operates as a professional exchange platform and consultancy based in Rome, Italy. We provide a bridge for intellectual and technical information sharing between video game developers and physical escape room proprietors.

Notice of Capacity:

Wide Harbor Line is an advisory entity. Unless explicitly stated in a separate Project Charter, we do not function as a general contractor or construction firm for physical room builds.

1.2 Defined Engagement

By accessing wideharborline.space, users agree that all provided consultations, blueprints, and digital logic frameworks are for professional development and implementation at the user’s own risk.

2.1 // INTELLECTUAL CARGO

Design Rights

All architectural schematics and proprietary software logic provided through Wide Harbor Line remain the property of the originating party. Users are granted a non-exclusive license for specified physical installation use only.

2.2 // LOGIC PROTECTION

Technical Secrecy

Proprietary microcontroller configurations and "Haptic Threshold" methods are trade secrets. Unauthorized replication for mass-market distribution is strictly prohibited under EU intellectual property law.

SECTION 03 // SAFETY PROTOCOL

System Liability.

Physical safety is the sole responsibility of the quest business owner. While Wide Harbor Line advises on the technical feasibility of mechanics, the owner must ensure all physical installations meet local Italian safety standards and building codes. Wide Harbor Line is not liable for structural failures or injuries resulting from physical implementations.

04. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from the use of the Wide Harbor Line platform or consultancy services shall be resolved through the courts of Rome. We encourage mediation prior to any formal legal filing.

05. Platform Access

We reserve the right to modify or terminate access to the platform without notice if technical integrity is compromised or if a user violates the collaborative spirit of the exchange platform.
